• Process civil and small claims actions as they are received.
 
• Input new citations and criminal actions as they are received from the Records Department into database in preparation for court.
 
• Prepare pending actions for trial.
 
 
STAFF CONCERNS/ISSUES:
• Server for court database system.
 
• One deputy clerk was relieved of her duties per documentation on file. Will assess whether the position should be filled and take appropriate steps at that time. Will get assistance, in the meantime, from other departments as needed.
