CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

1. INVESTIGATORS ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING A THEFT OF PROPERTY THAT OCCURRED WITHIN OUR CITY, 1 ATV RECOVERED ALONG WITH 1 GATOR BELONGING TO THE HELENA COUNTRY CLUB.

CHARGES: THEFT OF PROPERTY

DISPOSITION: WARRANTS PENDING

2. INVESTIGATORS ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING A ROBBERY THAT OCCURRED AT THE AUGUST MOON RESTAURANT LOCATED ON GARLAND STREET. TAKING IN THE ROBBERY WAS APPROXIMATELY $400.00 IN CASH AND CHECKS

CHARGES: ROBBERY, THEFT OF PROPERTY

DISPOSITION: PENDING INVESTIGATION

CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS 

1. THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING A BATTERY IN THE 2ND DEGREE OF A JUVENILE WHO STABBED IN THE AREA OF SACRED HEART. ARREST CANDICE RATTLER, 21 YEARS OF AGE. RATTLER WAS ARRESTED AND POSTED A $10,000.00 BOND AND HAS CURRENTLY BEEN RELEASED. 

DISPOSITION: ARRESTED

CHARGE(S): BATTERY 2ND DEGREE

MISC. FELONIOUS CRIMES 

1. THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING A MISSING PERSONS REPORT OF MR. JAMES DONA BY OF HELENA- WEST HELENA. ANY INFORMATION OF THE WHERE ABOUT OF JAMES DONA BY WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. 
 

WE HAVE ACCUMULATED 23 CASES FOR THE MONTH OF JULY; SEVERAL FELONY WARRANTS PENDING, WITH 2 FELONY ARREST MADE, AND 0 CASE FILES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED FOR PROSECUTION THIS WEEK.

WANTED

INFORMATION WANTED IN THE CASE OF THE AUGUST MOON ROBBERY THAT OCCURRED ON 07/24/2008. ANY ADDITIONAL LEADS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. 

WARRANTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THE ARREST OF ERIC SMITH ON THE CHARGES OF TERRORISTIC ACT AND BATTERY 1ST DEGREE.

ARREST MADE IN THE PHILLIPS COUNTY CREDIT UNION BURGLARY, ARRESTED RICKY WALKER SR. OF THE CITY OF HELENA -WEST HELENA. WALKER IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD IN THE PHILLIPS COUNTY JAIL ON A BOND OF $20,000.00.
