MARIANNA, ARKANSAS HIRES FORMER HELENA WEST HELENA POLICE CHIEF VINCENT BELL TO LEAD THE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Robert Taylor, Mayor of Marianna, Arkansas, has confirmed today that he has hired Vincent Bell as Chief of the Marianna Police Department. Bell was one of 13 applicants. A Committee considered the candidates and Mayor Taylor made the final decision.
