Monday 9/8/2008

Ran the regular Lake View trash route

Picked up boxes from local merchants ..

Total tonnage & cost to landfill:36.92tn,$1033.76cost

Tuesday 9/9/2008

Ran the regular trash route @ 4:00 a.m.

Picked up boxes from local merchants…

Fred's, Jungel, Fred Dollar Store,

Unit# 27 broke down on way to landfill (temporary out of service)

Total tonnage & cost to landfill;62.20tn, $1741.60cost

Wednesday 9/10/2008

Ran regular trash routes

Continued to pick up boxes from local merchants

Delivered several trash carts to new residents..

326 Desoto

503 Arkansas

505 Arkansas

Picked up list from Water Dept of carts that need to be picked up

Mechanic took hydraulic pump off unit #21 for repair

Total tonnage and cost to landfill:39.64tn, $1109.92

Thursday 9/11/2008

Ran regular trash route

Victor picked up cylinder for unit #30 (Century Hydraulic in West Memphis,Ark)

Continued to pick up missed trash/deliver carts to new residents

Total tonnage and cost delivered to landfill:39.14tn,$1095.92cost

Friday 9/12/2008

Continued to run the regular routes @ 4:00 a.m.

Picked up boxes from merchants

Tyrone Collins removed remains of burnt houses on Hernando Street(2 houses)

No visible addresses were present (200&300blk)

Total tonnage and cost delivered to landfill:34.85tn,$975.80cost

Total tonnage and cost delivered to landfill week of 9/8/2008 thru 9/12/2008=212.75tn, $5957.00cost

 

 

Future Weekly Activities:

Follow up on demolition projects

Continue working with Code Enforcement and other Depts.

Continue with picking up trash on daily basis

Mark Smith out on sick leave until further notice

3 drivers were suspended this week for not following procedures
