Hillary Clinton will return to Little Rock this month to campaign for Sen. Barack Obama.   "Senator Clinton is returning to Arkansas, and I could not be more pleased," said Democratic Party of Arkansas Chairman David Pryor.  "Arkansas Democrats are always excited to see Hillary.  We're going to have a great time as we encourage Arkansans to vote for Senator Obama."   Senator Clinton will be joined by Gov.
