·        Attended council meeting and gave report of current status of code enforcement.

·        1108 Porter St. property condemned Ordinance 18

·        Lot on Norman St. Clean Up – PAID $110.00

·        426 Cherry St. Granny Dees- smell coming from Hair Store." Hair for Less"

o       Ordinance No. 17 prohibiting businesses from operating without water service

·        James & Barbara King

o       Lot 1 & 2 Block 42- Received letter regarding city cleaning lot

o       Received phone call- agreed to pay for lot when billed

·        Spoke to Oscar –instructed to cut lot

·        Lot 6 Blk 30- Betty Porter- James Arnold will take care of her property

·        645 Seminole- Request 30 day Extension- to begin repairs- Royce Dressel

o       Called Needs more time to contract a licensed carpenter to do repairs

·        276 Westwood- Freddie Hill requested contact Sadie Exwife about property- She was contacted and reported that she has tried to sell property but Mr. Hills owes taxes and IRS would not allow property to be sold without giving them their money. She is seeking legal advice.

·        Received call about 406-412 Jefferson St- Dorothy Harris about apartments being razed without notice.- billed

·        23 Lincoln Ct- Bernard Scoggins-PAID CITATION-$150.00

o       submitted payment report to clerk-to add to file

·        Majority of Week spent preparing for Blues Festival

o       Walked and patrolled Festival Oct 9-11 9am to 5pm

o       Issues dealing with proper permits

·        KFFA Radio – King Biscuit T-Shirt business in Mabies Furn. Building

·        Nathaniel Wright finalized inspections of food vendors
