Mowed & cut:

11/21

  • Finished South Washington ditch

11/24-25

  • No mowing or cutting done

 

Mechanic:

11/21

  • Changed oil in police units 3, 18, 17, 20, 16, 19, 10, 13, and Dodge Durango
  • Installed arm pin in Sanitation unit 25

11/24

  • Changed wheel hub on East Water Co truck 804
  • Repaired door handle on Sanitation unit 29

11/25

  • Repaired bar holder arm on Sanitation unit 29
  • Removed Auto Car from Springdale Rd
  • Cleaned wash rack pit
  • Installed bumper guard on Police unit 17
  • Tightened power steering hose on Street unit 106

 

Potholes:

  • Block100 Block Cherry- 1
  • 300 Block Persimmons Alley-2
  • 600 Block Bernice- 4
  • 100  Block Grider- 1
  • 200 Block N 5th-1

Animal control:

  • Removed several dead animals from streets
  • Picked up two dead animals from vet

 

Other activities:

Continuous removal of debris throughout city designated trash routes

Replaced sign facings-Baringo & Ladino and DeSoto & Russell

Hauled 80 tires to Waste Disposal site

Replaced green turn arrow at intersection of Sebastian & Plaza

Debris removal from designated routes

Cleaned drain at Ohio & Market

Cleaned drain at Pecan & Porter

Placed AR One code for 10th & Garland

11/25

Straightened stop sign at Phillips & Pecan, Elm & Pecan, Jefferson & Pecan, and Jefferson & Holly

Replaced street sign at Hank's Lane & Biscoe

Took generator to Small Engine shop for repair

Installed 4-way stop 10th & Garland

 

Future Weekly Activities:

Drain at South 7th and South 8th

Washout at Beechwood east

 

Follow Up Activities:

Debris removal from Little Rock Rd and Elm St park

Debris removal from end of So Coanza

Code Enforcement identifying and notifying property owners of overgrown lots throughout City. City will not mow lots until Code Enforcement has communicated with owners.

 

Staff Concerns/Issues:

James Branch continuing recovery after injured on lower right leg by swinging tree branch
