Mowed & cut:

  • West Cleburne & So Baringo ditch
  • Working on Washington St ditch

11/10

  • Complete Washington St ditch
  • Little Rock Rd park
  • Corner at Panama and Washington St

  • So Washington St

 

Mechanic:

11/7

  • Fixed flat Street unit 103
  • Checked brakes on Police unit 3

11/10

  • Removed mosquito rig from truck
  • Changed tire on Police unit 17
  • Installed pig tail on black Dually
  • Installed gear rod and muffler on golf course tractor
  • Installed mud flaps on Street unit 105
  • Tightened tracks and serviced all fluids on Dozer
  • Robert Ford took F250 to Kirk Brothers-Clarksdale, MS (steering column)

11/12

  • Serviced black Dually
  • Repaired lights on white Dually
  • Repaired heater in Street unit 103
  • Worked on Sanitation unit 26 arm and straps
  • Picked up F250 from Kirk Brothers

11/13

  • Repaired left front fender on Sanitation unit 29
  • Replaced dash in Street Dept F250
  • Serviced Street unit 9-aired right rear tire
  • Repaired flat on black Dually
  • Took bucket truck radiator to Little Rock to be rebuilt
  • Replaced hydraulic filter Sanitation unit 26

 

Potholes:

None

 

Animal control:

  • Removed several dead animals from streets
  • Picked up one dead animal from vet

 

Mosquito control:

Removed both rigs from vehicle

Received 50 gallons mineral oil and 5 gallons biomist 30-30

 

Other activities:

Continuous removal of debris throughout city designated trash routes

Litter pick up at primary routes of City:

            Porter St.

            Perry St.

            Elm St.

Franklin St.

            Oakland Ave.

Debris removal from designated routes

Delivered leaf vacuum to golf course for training on 11/12

AR One call 127 Valley Dr

11/12

Conference call with Mayor and Dept Heads

Leaf vacuum training conducted by Henard Utilities

Installed signs at 10th & Plaza (Do-Not-Enter & Right Turn Only)

Henard Utilities checked Kubota tractor (will provide free filters for hydraulic system)

11/13

Debris removal from designated routes

Received 2 bids for Springdale/Rockhouse Church project

 

Future Weekly Activities:

Drain at South 7th and South 8th

Washout at Beechwood east

 

Follow Up Activities:

Debris removal from Little Rock Rd and Elm St park

Debris removal from end of So Coanza

Code Enforcement identifying and notifying property owners of overgrown lots throughout City. City will not mow lots until Code Enforcement has communicated with owners.
