Roscopf Swears in Washington Over Mayor's Veto

Charles Roscopf, City Judge for the City of Marvell, Arkansas, today swore in Mr. John A. Washington as a member of the Helena-West Helena City Council in spite of the fact that the appointment was vetoed by Mayor James F. Valley last night.

If the people who supported swearing in Washington held themselves to same standard they held five of the 2005 city council members to, those who supported swearing in Washington should view themselves as crooks.
