Phase II Strategic Planning Overview

With the 2005 Strategic Community Plan nearly 80 percent complete, community leaders have begun the process of developing a Phase II Strategic Plan.  The first round of strategic planning led to over $70 million in investments in Phillips County over the past four years, and with contributions from additional concerned citizens, the second round of strategic planning promises to yield even greater outcomes for our community.
