FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES:

•    Enter dispositions into court database of cases brought before the court on May 29, 2009 (Plea Day) until completed.

•    Process civil and small claims actions as they are received.

•    Input new citations and criminal actions as they are received from the Records Department into database in preparation for court.

•    Prepare pending actions for trial.


 

STAFF CONCERNS/ISSUES:

•    Training for dispatch personnel on use of Virtual Justice (court software).

•    Experienced problems with computers/networking the majority of the week. Computer technician was called, and he attempted an in-office repair on three consecutive days. Main computer was finally removed from office by technician to determine the source of the problem.

•    Need anti-virus protection for computers. (Virus protection recently expired.)
