WEEKLY REPORT

WEEKLY ACTIVITIES:

Monday 8-3-09

Begin the Lakeview trash route at 4:00am

Serviced unit #'s 21,25,26,28 and 30, also adjusted the brake on unit 21

Picked up boxes from Sonic, Cato, Beauty Mania, Wendy's, Watson Flowers and Kwik Stop

Picked up and delivered carts

Repaired brake lights on blue GMC dump truck


 

Tuesday 8-4-09

Begin the regular trash route at 4:00am

Picked up the Auto Car from Smith's Welding Shop, he installed a new king pin on the trailer and a trailer light receiving assembly

Assisted the Street Department delivering dirt to the culvert job on Landino and Baringo, using the back hoe, Auto Car and the blue GMC dump truck

Picked up and delivered carts

Picked up boxes from Sonic, Food Pantry, Kidney Care, Corner Market


 

Wednesday 8-5-09

Begin the regular trash route at 4:00am

Picked up and delivered carts

Picked up boxes from Sonic, Corner Market and Kwik Stop

Removed track hoe from Baringo St. demolition site, took it to the shop for servicing and cleaning

Installed the under carriage skid plate and the radiator access door after repairs

Repaired the brake and signal lights on the Auto Car dump trailer


 

Thursday 8-6-09

Begin the regular trash route at 4:00am

Picked up and delivered carts

Picked up boxes from Sonic, Food Pantry, Sears, Hoffinger, Central High, West Side and Helena National

Cleaned two lots on the corner of Walker and Columbia at the exit of North End School with the Case dozer

Returned unit 26 to Mobile One for radio installation, apparently the installation tech was out and no installation was performed. After speaking to Dan at Mobile One he advised me that when the tech was available he would contact me to reschedule the installation


 

Friday 8-7-09

Begin the regular trash route at 4:00am

Picked up and delivered carts

Picked up boxes from Sonic, Wendy's, Watson Flowers and Corner Market

Completed cleaning of the lots on Walker and Columbia

Begin the demolition contract cleaning at 914 Alabama

At the neighbors house across from 914 Alabama as the Auto Car was backing in to the demolition site the front tire broke a section of the side walk. I advised the owner that would repair it


 

FOLLOW UP ACTIVITIES:

Keeping in contact with Kitchen truck repair on the progress of the installation of the new engine for unit 27

Working with Scott Equipment on the lease or purchase of the mini track

Continuing to work with Code Enforcement and the Utility Companies on demolition of abandoned properties, as well as Contract Demolition


 


 


 

STAFF CONCERNS:

One staff concern issue is under investigation at this time
