CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of a Quarles Ln. home. There were two suspects arrested in connection with this case, Corwin Peck 18, and Corey Williams 20 on the charges of residential burglary and theft of property, there were several items recovered in this case.

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of the home of Carolyn Williams of Helena –West Helena. There are no suspects in connection with this case and it is currently still under investigation.

Investigators are currently investigating the charge of Forgery committed against Messina’s Wine & Spirits. There is a suspect in this case, Lucinta Toney and active warrants are in place and we are currently seeking the where about of Toney.

CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS

Investigators are currently investigating 1 alleged Aggravated Robbery, after a Central High School student reported that he was approached by several individuals, when a gun was brandished and his shoes were taken on school campus.

NARCOTICS CRIMES

Investigators arrested Brian Johnson of Helena- West Helena on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance w/ Intent (3 counts),after Johnson was found with a large amount of marijuana, powdered cocaine and a small amount of crack cocaine in his possession.


Investigators arrested Carl Williams of Helena- West Helena on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance w/ Intent, after Williams was found with a small amount of crack cocaine on his person.

Investigators also performed 1 Controlled Buy this week and warrants are pending in the arrest of that individual.

MISC. FELONIOUS CRIME

Investigators are investigated the Unattended Death of Rosie Meeks, which has been ruled as a natural death.
