CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of the property of a Helena –West Helena resident located in the area of Newman Drive. There have been no arrest in connection with this case and it is currently still under investigation.

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of the property of a Helena –West Helena resident located in the area of 300 blk. of Profit Drive. There are several suspects in this case but no arrest at this time and this case is currently still under investigation.

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of the property of a Helena –West Helena resident located in the area of N. 6th Street. There have been no suspects or arrest made in connection with this case and it is currently still under investigation.

CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS

Investigators are currently investigating the Aggravated Robbery of a Helena –West Helena man in the area of Profit Drive after three males pulled the victim from his vehicle taking a large sum of money. There have been no arrests made in connection with this case and it is currently still under investigation.

Investigators are currently investigating 1 alleged Terroristic Act after there was alleged shooting involving husband and wife in the 200 blk. of N. 10th Street. Leon Robinson was arrested in this case after a short stand-off. This case is currently still under investigation with possible charges pending on others involved.

Investigators are currently investigating one alleged Battery 1st Degree involving a local woman after a concerned relative report abuse on the victim’s behalf. Our office notified U.A.M.S. where the victim was located but U.A.M.S. police received little cooperation from victim.

Investigators responded and assisted the Phillips County S.O. in a alleged hostage situation which occurred in the area of Brandon Ln.

Inv. D. Cox has currently been on vacation this week and is scheduled to return Monday 11/30/2009.
