  • MET WITH LAKETHA BROWN RE: CHRISTMAS PARADE

  • MONITORED AND CALIBRATED EMAIL GROUPS
  • UPLOADED FIRST DRAFT OF COUNCIL AGENDA FOR DECEMBER 15
  • WROTE LETTERS TO FAYETTEVILLE PIPELINE REP. AND KIPP ARCHITECT REP. REGARDING MEETING ON 15TH OR 22ND.
  • Emailed Vehicle Maintenance logs to Department Head Group for them to take most problematic vehicle and complete if for 2009 to track expenditures on the vehicle
  • Collaborated with the Fire Department to get battery for Code Enforcement (green) auto

  • CHRISTMAS PARADE-- DOWNTOWN (HELENA)
  • DELTA CHRISTMAS -- HCC 511 MILLER STREET
  • Worked on grievance between two employees of the Eastside water Co.
  • Provided the department heads with a calendar of December Vacations
  • Provided the Department Heads with a monthly Leave Report
  • Worked on the City of Helena-West Helena Christmas Party
  • Submitted Resolutions to various funeral homes for funerals this week
  • REVIEWED AND FORWARD RESPONSES FROM GUEST OF 15TH'S MEETING; CAN'T MAKE IT ON 22ND
  • Met with Mid-Delta Community Services Representative re: D-TYME Youth Services regarding reaching out to youths in our community and being positive influence in their lives. (870)816-4827 -- Ms. Carol McKinney. This program will kick off in January 2010.
  • Will meet with British Guests as well as School Superintendent and Asst. Superintendent this afternoon and join them for the Christmas Parade.
