Tuesday, August 4, 2009 was National Night Out in the city of Helena-West Helena. National Night Out was observed in cities all over the country. The day is set aside to bring the community and the local police together to height crime awareness. Our local fire department was also on hand and several businesses sponsored door prizes and refreshment where served.
