CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Investigators are currently investigating an alleged Theft of Property which occurred at The HWHPD. There was one suspect arrested in connection with this case, John Miles Jr. on the charges of Breaking and entering and theft of property, all items were recovered in this case. Miles has a bond of$50,000.00

Investigators are currently investigating the Residential Burglary of the home of Helen Tucker of Helena –West Helena. There are no suspects in connection with this case and it is currently still under investigation.

Investigators are currently investigating the charge of Forgery attempted against Economy Drugs. There is a suspect in this case, Gwendolyn Davis and active warrants are in place and we are currently seeking the where about of Davis.

Investigators are currently investigating the charge of Terroristic Threat after Wal-Mart received several calls in reference to bomb threat.

CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS

Investigators are currently investigating 1 alleged Capital Murder, concerning the shooting death of Ronnie Franklin. There was a suspect arrested in the case, Rafael Walker on the charge of Capital Murder and Walker bond has been set at No Bond.

Investigators are currently investigating two alleged Aggravated Robberies

In our cities involving one juvenile victim and a Larry Edwards, there are no suspects in this case and it is currently pending investigation.
