  • Contacted secretary of Planning Commission to have her attend City Council meeting on 2-2-10
  • Contacted ARML and got copies of 3 ordinances
  • Guidelines & Application Forms are available for download at www.adem.arkansas.gov under the fire service section


  • State agencies, local governments, and private non-profits that are in the impacted counties and suffered damages from the Oct 29 & 30 event that they must complete an RPA and send it to ADEM no later than the Jan 2 date
  • Met with Larry Wilson 209 North 10th









TUESDAY: 



  • Placed RFP on washing city cars in paper for Wednesday & Friday
  • MET WITH FLEMING IVORY ABOUT MARDI GRAS TRIP WITH DISTRICT
  • TAGGED SEVERAL VEHICLES
  • MET WITH MUNICIPAL LEAGUE CONCERNING CODIFICATION

  • CONTINUED WORKING TOWARD PURCHASE VEHICLE FOR FIRE CHIEF 

  • HAD NEW POLICE CAR STRIPED

  • ARKANSAS DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON FEB. 10

  • CONTINUED TOTALING & FINALIZING PO DOCUMENTS
