Mechanic: 1/22/10 Repaired fingers on arm Sanitation 26 C Davis assisted Sanitation with pick up and delivery of trash carts Working on black CID Tahoe 1/25/10 Replaced battery on Police unit 15 Jump started fork lift Repaired exhaust pipe on Dodge Ram 2500 Cleaned fuel filter knuckle boom 106-ordered new filter 1/26/10 Replaced front brakes, rotors, and starter on Police unit 15 Removed cylinder from Sanitation 28 and placed on Sanitation 30 Replaced tags on Street unit 30, mosquito rig, and animal control vehicle 1/27/10 Changed oil in Police unit 15, 17, and 6 Replaced 2 hydraulic lines knuckle boom 107 1/28/10 Replaced front brakes and rotors on East Water Co pickup Replaced hydraulic line Sanitation 29 and took to landfill to dump Swept shop Potholes: Christopher Homes-2 300 block Walker-6 Persimmon and Elm-1 Animal Control: Picked up 3 dead animals-800 block Picked up 2 dead animals from vet
Other Activities: Continuous removal of debris throughout city designated trash routes Litter pick up at primary routes of City: Rightor St Walnut St Cherry St Elm St Plaza St 1/22/10 Blew out drains and dug out culvert drainage pipe-McDonough St assisted by Fire Dept Opened covered drain due to excess water at 900 block Cleaned curbing of debris at corner of Helen at Baker 1/25/10 Cleaned mud from parking lot of Clay Café (citizen request) Updated fixed asset reports Updated vehicle registrations and identified vehicles that need tags with Sandi Ramsey Amos Electric beginning to remove Christmas decorations Cleaned drains-Market, Miller, McDonough, 1/26/10 Amos Electric continuing to remove Christmas decorations Removed debris from 200 block Cleared ditch of debris and overgrowth So Valley Dr and 1/27/10 Amos Electric continuing to remove Christmas decorations Removed 7 loads of debris from Three Rivers Flooring Checked road depression-Poplar Hill Womack sharpened 8 chain saw chains Moved four dumpsters from Ohio Shop yard to Smith Welding Shop, one from Dixie Furniture, and one from Hornor-Morris Abstract Co Citizen complaint of basketball goal being removed from street C Allen assisted West Water Co with backhoe work on 1/28/10 Amos Electric finished removing Christmas decorations Cleared pallets from Three Rivers Flooring AR One Poplar at Phillips (drainage ditch) and Poplar at Cleaned out culvert at 400 block Cleaned out culvert at 200 and 300 block of No 5th Cleaned drains at Porter and Cherry, Walnut and Phillips Follow Up Activities: Repair culvert at intersection of Valley Dr & Oakland Repair loop at Ditch in
