Specific Weekly Activities:

1.     Weigh trucks.

2.     End of day reports.

3.     Cover waste at end of day.

4.     Check Leachate tanks.

5.     Load Tires.

6.     Work on erosion.

7.     Daily maintenance on equipment.

8.     Print weight tickets.

9.     Clean office.

10.                         Litter control.

11.                         Random inspections.

12.                         Tonnage for week 1/011/10- 1/15/10 was 634.76 tons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Future Weekly Activities:

1.     Weekly Reports.

2.     Clean equipment.

3.     Quarterly reports.

4.     Monthly Statements.

5.     Pump water out of scale.

6.     Ship leachate out.

7.     Repair any weather damage.

 

8.     Work on surface water control.

9.     Gas monitoring.

10.                        Maintain required ADEQ records.

 

 

 

 

Follow Up Activities:

1.     ADEQ inspected landfill on November 19, 2009 and the landfill received a score of three and class IV received a zero.

2.     Respond to inspection.

3.     Terry and Carl will finish Apprentice course on Jan. 29th.

 

 

 

 

Staff Concerns / Issues:

1. Plan to hire part – time help in Jan. 2010.
