CITY COUNCIL APPROVES DEMOLITION OF COCA COLA BUILDING

In a speciall called meeting today at noon, the Helena West Helena City Council approved the demolition and disposal of the Coca Cola Building with the following limitations:
 
1. Work to be performed by Sanitation Department;
2. Scrap iron to be harvested and sold;
3. Bricks to be piled on lot and bids or proposal accepted for the disposal of the bricks; and
4. The council will take further action as is necessary to complete the clean-up of the property on the corner of Ohio and Perry Streets.
 
The council meeting was attended by all ten city council members:
