Began the regular Lakeview trash route at 4:00am
Put a battery on the fork lift
Installed the hydraulic pump on unit 26
Repaired the packer on unit 26
Repositioned the gate lock on unit 27
Processed the collected paper
Picked up a cart from 841 Alabama
Delivered carts to 125 Sacret Heart, 618 Phillips, 770 Liberty
Total tonnage taken to Landfill 2-12-10 36.83

Wednesday 2-17-10
Began the regular trash route at 4:00am
Repaired the passenger side window on unit 29
Continued to process the collected paper
Delivered carts to 852 Georgia, 55 Lincoln Ct. 1011 Walnut, 1 Parkdale, 811 Phillips, 224 Joe Brady, 202 Baldwin and 304 Anderson
Total tonnage taken to Landfill 33.99
Thursday 2-18-10
Began the regular trash route at 4:00am
Began the demolition of the old Coca Cola building
Assisted Frank Hobbs in removing the old bucket truck from the yard
Repaired a brake fluid leak on unit 29
Repaired the mirror on unit 30
Replaced lever pin on unit 29
Repaired fender on unit 26
Picked up 6 yard dumpster from Ashley's
Picked up boxes from Church of the Living God, Food Pantry and Central High
Picked up carts from 1071 Old Hwy and 950 Holly
Replaced carts at 313 Oak and 14 Holiday Hills
Total tonnage taken to Landfill 23.66
Friday 2-19-10
Began the regular trash route at 4:00am
Serviced units 24 and 30
Replaced a cart at 1201 Holly
Picked up carts from 139 S. 8th, 543 Kentucky 2 carts and 225 N. 9th
Continued to assist the demolition efforts of the Coca Cola building
Picked up boxes from Wendy's, Juengel Interior's, Corner Market, Southern Furniture and Sonic
Follow up Activities:
On the status of unit 25 the repairs are not finished yet
Writing estimates for Code Enforcement
The completion of the Washington St. water control project
Future Activities:
Razing dilapidated structures
Selling the processed paper
Working on plans for plans plastic recycling
Finalizing plans for the Sims ditch project
Staff Concerns:
One employee was out for bereavement
