CITY HALL - PHONE NUMBER CHANGED -- PHONE SYSTEM UPGRADED

The City of Helena-West Helena is nearing the completion of a telephone system upgrade. We have installed T-1 telephone line. We essentially have one phone number that will reach 95% of the city telephones. 

Our new number is (870)817-7400.

Each station will have its own direct inward dialing number where our staff may be reached. We have compiled a listing online that is updated regularly. Here's the current directory: City Directory

The old numbers will be disconnected. Many of the old numbers are not reaching us now anyway. Our new numbers will be printed in the upcoming telephone directory.
