Began the regular Lakeview trash route at 4:00am

Adjusted the brakes on unit 26

Took the blue and white dump truck to Mayville and Sons for transmission inspection

Picked up boxes from Wendy's, Central High, Pit Stop, East Side Shop (collected during the Festival), Family Dollar, Corner Market, Watson Flowers, West Helena Flowers, Sonic, House of Fashion, Hibbett Sports, Aaron's, West End Liquor, Mobile One, Developmental Center, Conoco and Sears

Total tonnage taken to Landfill 10-8-10 20.12, Total tonnage taken to Landfill 22.36

Began the regular trash route at 4:00am

Checked the electrical system on the brown van and boosted the battery

Delivered carts to 621 College, 615 Beech, 1144 Cherry and 118 Cherrydale

Picked up boxes from Kidney Care, Tommy Ray's Bar B Que, Hibbett Sports, House of Fashion, Central High, West Side, Sonic, Conoco, Pit Stop, Watson Flowers, West Helena Flowers, Dixie Furniture, Clover, Wendy's, Conoco Helena Crossing, Food Pantry Juengel Interiors, Nell Miller, West Helena Fish Market, West End Liquor, Sears and Conoco

Began the regular trash route at 4:00am

Serviced the box shop pick up

Removed the PTO from unit 21 and took to Truck Pro in Memphis

Staff Issues/Concerns

1.        Much larger television and floor mats for exercise classes; Great participation!

2.        Seeking ways to implement a more stringent protocol for offenses committed by patrons of the HWHCC

3.        Two-way Radios

4.     Significant drop in children attending center, typical during this time of year. There is an increase in adult participation in Parkers' exercise program and other forms of adult recreation. 

5.    Kitchen stove needs to be replaced.
